Hi Maria 🤗 Yes, I bake healthy treats for my kids too, like banana bread with chickpea flour or coconut flour, with no added sugar. I also make buckwheat bread for my family, and they love it! 😊

No plans to share those recipes? Just yesterday I had a stent put in an artery in my heart AND I'm diabetic And I have a sweet tooth. lol I have another artery that's 100% blocked but would require open heart surgery to fix it. Doc said we should try making some life changes and medication first so some healthy, tasty treats would be fabulous! Please and thanks lol

Thank you. A few more reasons I'm happy you're teaching your boys about a healthy lifestyle as well as the importance of getting outside and being active. They will not have these health issues to worry about. 😊😊
