The Most Delicious Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

A few weeks ago I posted my first ever meatloaf recipe on the YouTube channel and it became so popular in just a few days, with lots of comments from people who were grateful for a simple yet delicious dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas - both of which are just around the corner. Why not post another recipe to give you something to choose from? This one will have crispy bacon on top... which is not only tasty, but also prevents the meatloaf from drying out in the oven.
Speaking of crispy bacon, we were once invited to our friends' Thanksgiving party. The dress code was formal casual: ties for men and nice dresses for women. The invitations went out in August, and our friends started thinking about the menu well in advance. When I saw the Thanksgiving table, I was amazed at the amount of food... Especially the whole turkey, which had been boned, marinated in buttermilk, stuffed with sausage and baked in bacon. When I asked my friend how long she spent on this turkey, she smiled and said, "Just a couple of days! It took me about two and a half hours just to bone it. I was afraid it would be too dry, but the bacon saved the day!

INGREDIENTS:
🥩 2 lb (900g) 90% Lean Ground beef
🥚 2 Eggs
🧂 1 tsp Salt
🌶️ 1/2 tsp Ground Black pepper
🧄 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🌱 1/2 tbsp Dried Parsley flakes
🥫 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🍅 3 tbsp Ketchup
🍞 3/4 cup (50g) Panko bread crumbs
🥛 1/3 cup (180ml) Milk
🧅 1 Onion (grated)
🥓 8-10 Bacon strips
Glazing:
🍅 1/2 cup (120ml) Ketchup
🍬 3 tbsp Brown sugar
🍎 2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar or White vinegar
🧂 Pinch of salt
🌶️ 1/4 tsp Black pepper
🍴 Kitchen utensils: a large bowl, a box or cheese grater, a baking dish, a small bowl, a spoon or a spatula, a chopping board and a knife.
